This is just to let you know that I shall be demoing at OmVed Gardens on the 13th April.

Omved Gardens is a beautiful space in Highgate, North London which is devoted to growing food in a regenerative, sustainable and harmonious way.

My demo will take you through all the basics but will also show off pressure cooking in all its versatility - so is suitable for both nervous beginners and those with more experience. There will be tasters galore!
