Could I use peanut butter? I have it in the house, and it should make the soup taste rather West African, which would make me happy...

This brought back happy memories of eating Ghanaian groundnut stew in a little restaurant in Tooting! Adding nut butter to a soup a good idea. Very excited about your new book - congratulations!

Looking forward to your new book too. It must have been a lot of very hard work. Just wondering how I’m going to wait until next Autumn - it seems a long way away! I’ve pressure cooked my way through Modern Pressure Cooking and it’s really helped me learn the principles and I’ve stopped being scared of the process - even when things occasionally don’t work out well.

Really appreciate your recipes here as well. I can’t wait to try this one.
