He came back one day with half a dozen of the sugar lussekatter buns too. They lasted a while - got staler but so good dipped in coffee!

Illicit bite of something sweet. I’m on a diet but does Turkish delight count? This was the last of our Xmas treats too. Sorry first comment disappeared too quickly!

Now we’ve got rid of all the Christmas stuff I am cutting right back too. Mainly because sugar bad for inflammation! I had a sliver of this cake - the rest was demolished by Adam and Shariq.

Hi - yes, tie it over the top of the tin or do what I usually do and use a couple of sturdy rubber bands.
